STEM activities for kids mix elements of science, technology, art, engineering, and math in seamless activities to create the critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and innovators of the future.
A STEM activity is similar to a science experiment for kids, but instead involving just science, the activity includes other elements that round-out the study and foster a love of exploration and discovery that children can take with them beyond school into their future careers and lives. A child interested in STEM topics is a child who will succeed throughout life and have a thirst for knowledge that can't be quenched.
The camp is for children 7-13 years old and will be held at the Garden Park Shelter. It runs June 24-26 from 9:00-11:00 am.
